Ascendant & Company Ltd is a consulting firm specializing in Performance Improvement, Strategy, Change Management, Human Resources Services, Technology Solutions and Research. We work in the Public and Private Sector, with industry lines in public sector reform, manufacturing, financial services, energy and services.
Our research services cover baselines, mid-terms and end-line evaluation of projects financed by donors and our main clients here are multilateral and bilateral agencies, donors and international NGOs. Our training portfolio is vast. Over 70 training and facilitation programs in organizational audit, financial advisory, institutional reform, organizational development and program design on behalf of donors, clients and beneficiaries.
We work across the Africa region, covering post conflict economies, humanitarian crises, and emerging economies. We rely on a network of accredited partnerships and consultants across the continent with excellent knowledge of the countries where they have been involved in advisory missions.
